- Shipping & Delivery
- As our products are coming from all over the world, lead times vary and you will receive an email with the expected delivery date of each item on your order. We will ship each item as soon as possible. Your order may be sent in multiple shipments, but all shipping is FREE regardless of the total order.
- Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to The Brass Bed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must been unused and returned in the original condition and original packaging.
- If the product did not work in your room or the size didn't fit, we are happy to exchange those items. One can exchange their items for a new product in a different color and/or size or store credit.
